YourPond is a personal CRM (sometimes called a relationship manager or modern contact book). Unlike business CRMs which focus on tracking deals and pipelines, YourPond focuses on the personal side of your network: family, friends, neighbors, classmates, and colleagues. It maps how everyone in your life is connected — spouses, parents, siblings, friends, coworkers — and shows the relationships visually as a family tree and connection view. Multi-generational; supports step-relations, in-laws, and half siblings. - Kinship inference: when you add a relationship, YourPond infers the ones that follow logically (e.g., if A is B's parent and B is C's parent, A is C's grandparent). - Map: see where your contacts live around the world, color-coded by relationship type. - Lists: group contacts by context — holiday card list, book club, wedding guests, college friends. - Companies and schools directories: see everyone you know at a given company or who attended a given school. - Reminders: set reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, marathons, new jobs, and any occasion. Auto-generated for birthdays and anniversaries. Recurring reminders (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) are supported. iOS push notifications deliver them to your lock screen; web users get email reminders. - Anniversaries: track weddings, engagements, friendships, memorials, and custom dates. Wedding anniversaries auto-link contacts as spouses. Supports partial dates. - Moments: log the events that connect your people — trips, weddings, dinners, game nights — tagging who was there and where, with the full history visible on each contact. - Preferences: track dietary needs, gift preferences, communication style, and lifestyle details for each person, so you remember how they like things. - Gifts: capture gift ideas, log gifts given and received per contact, and auto-create a thank-you reminder when you receive one. We do not show ads, sell data, or train AI models on your relationships. Your data is yours. Field-level encryption protects sensitive content such as home addresses, private notes, and relationship context; some fields are kept searchable so the product works. You can delete your data at any time. All users can export their data for free from Settings → Download Your Data — full account data as JSON, or a contacts spreadsheet as CSV. When we run analytics or advertising services on our site, we ask for consent where required and show a cookie banner before setting any optional cookie. If no banner is present, none are running. We do not send anything from inside a user's account — contacts, notes, or relationships — to an analytics or advertising service. Anthropic does not train models on YourPond data, and may retain the text up to 30 days for safety purposes before deleting it.
