YourPond is designed for personal use as a contact relationship manager. It is intended to help individuals organize and maintain information about the people in their lives. The Service is not designed for commercial data brokering, mass data collection, or enterprise-scale contact management.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use YourPond for any of the following purposes:

3a. Harassment and Harm

• Stalking, harassing, threatening, or intimidating any person
• Storing information about individuals for the purpose of causing them harm
• Tracking the location or movements of any person without their knowledge or consent
• Facilitating domestic abuse, coercive control, or any form of interpersonal violence

3b. Illegal Activity

• Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Identity theft, fraud, or impersonation
• Storing data obtained through unauthorized access to another person's accounts or devices
• Facilitating or participating in human trafficking or exploitation

3c. Commercial Misuse

• Selling, licensing, or distributing data stored in YourPond to any third party
• Using YourPond as a data source for marketing, advertising, or lead generation
• Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data from the Service
• Using the Service on behalf of a data broker or data aggregation service

3d. System Abuse

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service, its servers, or connected networks
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Circumventing any security measures, rate limits, or access controls

4. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the information you enter into YourPond. You represent that you have a legitimate personal reason for storing information about the people in your contact list. You should only store information that you have obtained through your own personal relationships and interactions.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is using YourPond in violation of this policy, please contact us at hello@yourpond.io. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

• A warning notice
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent termination of your account and deletion of all associated data
• Reporting to law enforcement if we believe illegal activity has occurred

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a use of the Service violates this policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
