If an intimate image of you has been uploaded to YourPond without your consent, email hello@yourpond.io with:
- The location of the image or the account that uploaded it
- A statement that you are the person depicted (or are authorized to act on their behalf) and did not consent to the upload
- Your contact information
We remove verified non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of a valid request and make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies, consistent with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act.
