Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?

No trial needed. The free tier is permanent: use YourPond with up to 25 contacts forever. Upgrade to Pro when you want unlimited contacts and advanced features.

What happens when I hit 25 contacts on the free tier?

You'll see a prompt to upgrade to Pro. Your existing contacts stay exactly as they are; nothing is deleted or locked. You just can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove some.

What happens if I cancel Pro?

All your data is preserved. Contacts beyond 25 become read-only: you can still view everything, but you can't edit or add until you re-subscribe. Nothing is ever deleted.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. You can switch at any time from your billing settings. Switching to annual gets you 2 months free.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
