A state fills itself in the first time you log a moment anywhere inside it, so most people's states are half done before they ever look. The gray ones are the interesting part. That is where the next road trip comes from.

A few stamps refuse to stay inside one state. Hoover Dam sits on the Nevada and Arizona line, Monument Valley spans Arizona and Utah, the Great Smoky Mountains belong to Tennessee and North Carolina, and Niagara Falls is half Canadian. They are listed at the bottom, and on every state they touch.
